The fitness challenge is made up of different stations and each is designed to allow users of all fitness levels to have fun while keeping fit!There are 16 fitness challenges available for participants and you may choose to participate in any 12 stations. 'Points will be awarded according to goals achieved in each station
The challenge is not to be sniffed at as they are designed by industry experts in Singapore! Not forgetting that this is also a charity event, for every 12 points accummulated, a meal will be donated to low income families in Singapore!
