S.Smiles 2016 (the “Event) is organised by Siglap South CC YEC (the “Organiser”). By proceeding with your registration and upon making payment, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the attached terms and conditions.

All participants shall assume full responsibility for any bodily injury and the risks involved while participating in the Event. All participants shall hereby recognise and understand that there are risks and dangers associated with the activities.

If any registered participant have a medical condition; they shall seek the advice of a licensed medical doctor who will verify that they are fit and able to participate in the Event..

All registered participants are responsible for their own personal belongings while participating in the Event. The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of the participants.

All registered participants must put on the event t-shirt before attempt to complete the challenges.

There will be no refund for a participant who pulls out of the Event after payment is made.

All registered participants hereby agree if the Event is postponed or cancelled due to conditions beyond the control of the Organiser,the participant’s registration fee shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of the T&Cs at its sole discretion and without prior notification.

Exclusive rates given to Passion Card Members are meant for cardholders of the PAssion Cards only. The Organizer reserves the right to ask for Proof of Membership upon the collection of goodie bag.

By participating in this Event, you hereby agree that the Siglap South Community Centre Youth Executive Committee may collect the data provided in this Form for the purpose of sending you updates about the various events, courses, seminars and related activities organized or co-organized by Siglap South Community Centre Youth Executive Committee. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs, recordings or any other media recording of the particiants for any legitimate purpose and all copyright and intellectual property rights are vested in the Organiser.

If any provision of these T&Cs shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Policies.

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
