An hour and a half workshop to provide parents with practical and affordable tips to help them in their effort to cultivate healthy habits in their young children. The workshop consists of 45min presentation + 40 min of cooking demonstration. Participants can sample the food after the cooking demonstration. Target Audience: 1. An hour workshop to instill the parents the importance of positive role modelling and its impact of child health and to empower parents with knowledge and practical tips on how they could help their child cultivate healthy habits in their daily life.
